    Hi,

    I got the massage, that I shuld renew the Events Calendar PRO licence for it will expire soon. The date was Aug 28th, 2016. So some minutes ago I clicked the renew button and made the purchase. After that I discovered that the new licenece is lasting not to the expected one year more duration (Aug 28th, 2017) but only till to Aug 4th, 2017, so I lost 3 weeks of licence duration.

    That is quite unfair and not not the common practice!

    Hi Tom,

    So sorry for the trouble here with the license duration. Rest assured that we are not trying to be unfair and, in fact, I have gone ahead and extended the license for you so that it now expires on Aug. 28 2017.

    Thanks for letting us know so we could extend the license correctly and look into this further to make sure it doesn’t happen for others as well.

    as I wrote in my own reply to my first post, the problem is not the duration. I mixed up the licences and renewed the wrong licence. Please look at the details in my private reply (second post).

    As I wrote already, the fault was mine. I upgraded the wrong licence.

    What can I do to change it??

    Hi Tom,
