Renewed license, new license key, old one still good?

    Hi, we just renewed our license in January but decided to renew again before the price increase, so now we have 2 good, new license keys, do we just keep using the current one until next January and then insert the other one until May or how does that work?

    Hi!

    To confirm, did you renew (by visiting the license page and hitting renew) or did you go to the store and buy a new license?

    Yeah I hit renew, our license page shows 2 separate licenses with a January and a May 2014 expiration date.

    OK. As I understand it if you hit renew then your existing license should simply have been extended – as you suggested in your first post though you probably could just keep using the current one until next January and then insert the other after that.

    We’re definitely not going to leave you high and dry here but since I’m not in honesty 100% sure what’s happened here let me check in with the team on this one.
