MemberHey all. Thanks for the follow-ups. We have had a few reports of this with the 2.0.8 release, and while we’ve got no idea why it’s happening (yet), we’re looking into the cause and should have this fixed for the next release.
In the interim: one solution that has worked for some users is visiting the licenses page; saving (without making any changes); and then returning to Dashboard –> Updates and hitting “Check Again.”
If that doesn’t do the trick, remember that you can always download the newest version of the plugin here…log in on the tri.be site and visit Account Central –> Downloads. Manually download the latest version of the plugin there and upload it to your site. This second solution has worked for everyone I’ve spoken to who didn’t see results with the first.
Please let me know if anyone is still having problems from there and I can troubleshoot as needed. Thanks for your reports and patience so far.

MemberI am having an issue here: http://www.visitmauiblog.com. I am having another bug with the WP3.4.1 update, am using a plain version of Thesis 1.8.2. (Just FYI) I manually added the license, did all the things you suggested, but still not seeing the ability to update Pro from 2.07 within WP. Heading over now to do the manual update.

ParticipantMy Events calendar is really acting up, so I followed the steps to upgrade the pro with no results. Update says I have latest version which is not true. So then went to my licensing tab…says “Sorry, this key is out of installs” I also have the downloads (non-profit) for Faccebook and Eventbrite that are not updating nor have license keys.
Any help would be appreciated,
Sheryl Lynn

MemberHi folks. Roxanne: thanks for the heads up on this. We have gotten a few reports from folks in your situation and it sounds like something may have changed on our end with regards to PUE. We are looking into this and hope to have it fixed for the next release. Are you all set now that you’ve done the manual update?
Sheryl Lynn: just confirming that, based on our email exchange, you’re all set here.

MemberThanks Rob – yes the manual update worked just fine. It was an easy peasy trip to the past!

MemberGlad to hear you’re squared away here, Roxanne, and that it was a straightforward/painless process. Thanks for bearing with us on that end.
And of course, if you need anything else in the future…do let us know.

ParticipantHi, When I manually upload the events-calendar-pro.2.0.8.zip I get this message:
“Destination folder already exists. /home/content/a/n/a/anandamainewh/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/
Plugin install failed.”Any idea what I need to do to get the Pro update to work?
thanks!August 16, 2012 at 4:13 pm #23758Barbara
ParticipantHi Rob, I followed all your directions, including the manual upload just now and got exactly the same result as Kristy.

ParticipantThe 2.0.8 update is causing a conflict with a mapping plugin we use (GeoMashup 1.4.10). Would a rollback to 2.0.4 (what we were at before) be possible just with a deactivate and file upload/overwrite of the old version of the plugin or were there significant database changes that will force us through a database restore in order to rollback to 2.0.4? Thanks

ParticipantAlso, we’ve lost all formatting on the events page since the 2.0.8 upgrade. We’re on WordPress 3.4.1 and Thesis 1.8.5.

ParticipantSomething is wonky with my layout, is there a way that you can take a look to tell me how to fix this? I had to go to my page default theme, because it pushed my sidebar down… Is there a way to resize?
