re-order meta on single-event.php

Hello.

I’ve read the themer’s guide, made copies of files and I am able to customize to my hearts content. However, I have been unable to decipher where in modules/meta.php to change the order. I’ve re-ordered the code in this template to no avail and none of the code references the wootickets/tickets.php template, but alas this template ends up on the single-event pages.

What I would like to do is something on this order:
1) H1 Event title
2) Event Description
3) wootickets/tickets.php content here first
4) Meta details & Meta Venue table
5) google calendar / ical links
6) signle-event footer

Is this possible? Could anyone help me determine which conditional in meta.php I need to focus on?
