Random Featured event

    Ive previously had some help with code to display a random featured event with this code provided by Joey https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/random-featured-event-custom-widget/#post-15378.

    However ive noticed recently that the featured event is only displaying the next upcoming event from the featured category. I cant see any reason for this to no longer work. Any ideas?

    Hi Paul,

    Just change line 19 for the post_type to:

    'post_type'=>array(TribeEvents::POSTTYPE),

    That should do it!
