ParticipantOur web designer suggested that we purchase the Events Calendar with business license…after reading the information we see that we cannot use this and must use Event Calendar Pro….I have no idea how to switch this or upgrade…can you please advise?? We really need to get this sorted and start loading up the calendar!

I think you meant, “…suggested that we purchase Event Tickets Plus with business license…”, since that’s what I see that you purchased.
I’ve refunded Order #1240772. Money should be back to you within a few days. (Oddly, it looks like this was a purchase for an Upgrade from Personal to Business, but you didn’t first have an order for Personal, at least tied to the “oursacredspace” search term I used).

And you can now purchase Events Calendar PRO if that’s what you need.

So can you please clarify…it seems to me that we need Events Calendar PRO, which I will purchase shortly. But then we don’t need Event Tickets Plus then, right? What we are looking for is the calendar functionality with repeated events….If that’s the case, can you refund us for the Event Tickets Plus our designer told us to buy??

I would like to further clarify….after reading in much detail your site information I see that we need Event Calendar Pro (as it has recurring event possibility) AND Event Tickets Plus as we need to sell tickets from the calendar. When I go to our calendar on our site I see now the recurring option, but all of the ticketing options have disappeared. What has happened? I see in our account that we have purchased Event Tickets Plus so am really not sure what’s going on. I just want it to work:-(

I cannot re-purchase an item for you that’s already been refunded, but I can tell you that your account does currently have Events Calendar PRO (Order #1241875) but not Event Tickets Plus (ET+) (Order #1240772, refunded).
I hope purchasing ET+ is easy and provides you with a working solution.
Please note that we also have a few Bundles for bulk-purchase discounted pricing. If you decide you’d like a bundle, just purchase the one you want and let me know to refund #1241875 after you make sure you’re satisfied with the Bundle you choose.
