I have a PRO License key valid until 2014 (shown in my account area) but after upgrading the Events calendar I have warnings about the plugins being unpaired. My EC PRO 3.0.5 tab for Licenses shows the key is also in place there (but no green nor red signal).
What credentials do I need to send you (and where, privately) to have a further look at this with me?
cheers

ParticipantHi, Darryl. This sounds really frustrating. Sorry about that. 🙂
My first recommendation would be to try manually updating your plugins using the files you can download here: https://theeventscalendar.com/downloads/
After you’ve had a chance to do that, please let us know if you’re still seeing the error.
I apologize again for the issue. We’ll definitely get it fixed for you! 🙂

ParticipantThis is what I get when I install 3.1
The following plugins are out of date: Events Calendar PRO 3.0.5. All add-ons contain dependencies on The Events Calendar and will not function properly unless paired with the right version. Want to pair an older version?
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Destination folder already exists. /home/content/38/11679538/html/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/
Plugin install failed.
Return to Plugins pageAny suggestions?

ParticipantHi, Darryl. You may need to rename the existing plugin’s folder. It won’t overwrite by default.
Thanks!
