ParticipantI have recently upgraded ECP and have discovered that previous events won’t display. The spinner just spins indefinitely. The site has a lot of past events and it’s important for them to be viewable. This issue is the case on all views. Thanks for your help.

MemberThat’s strange – it seems that a response is being sent back to the browser but is basically empty.
Can you try deactivating all other plugins (except for those by Modern Tribe) and switching to a default, unmodified theme and see if that resolves this?
If it does, try reactivating those components one-at-a-time until you discover the conflict, if there is one. Does that help?

MemberHello again Anderson! We haven’t heard from you in a while; still need help?

ParticipantApologies for my lack of response. I am stumped on this one, still having a problem. I switched the theme to TwentyTwelve and turned off all plugins and am still having the same problem. Also, I have a separate test version of this site which has identical plugins and a very recent copy of the database and “previous events” is working fine there. Can’t figure out why it would work on one and not the other.

MemberHi Anderson,
Since they are otherwise identical can you confirm if the actual hosting environment is also the same (same PHP version, MySQL server version, web server etc) and in the case of the production site are you able to access the error log and see anything of note in there?

ParticipantYes, the hosting environment is identical. I contacted our sysadmin and he said he didn’t see anything of note in the error logs. Thanks for your continued assistance.

MemberIf the hosting environment is identical and the same version of WordPress is running, with the same plugins and theme and the same data in the database and you aren’t able to replicate this then I think, realistically, we are also going to have problems in replicating it.
Are you able to resynch the databases and effectively flip the two? So that the current test environment becomes your live environment, or otherwise stage a transition of that sort?
