Plugin Conflict with MaxGalleria causes next Month Calendar View to display blank

Hi support. Sorry I posted on an old ticket. Last night I did go through a series of tests to determine what is causing problems in the Month View display of Events Calendar Pro at http://fabricsgaloreandquiltingstore.com When I would click to a new month, such as February, the calendar displays blank.

I did isolate the problem to MaxGalleria. I’ve never had a conflict occur where I had to disable MaxGalleria, but it is currently disabled so that the calendar will work during the time I find a fix for the problem. The MaxGalleria plugin is at the most recent update version.

With MaxGalleria enabled, a click on the menu item “Calendar View” would appear for January. Then when I would click the next month link to display “february” events for example, the calendar goes blank and does not show any events.

I did post a support ticket in the WordPress forum for MaxGalleria. I have a paid version of that plugin also.

As this is a website for a brand new store, I only have the 1 plugin disabled. bad for business to have a disheveled site.

Hey!

Thanks for reaching out to us and going through the conflict procedures and narrowing it down to the MaxGalleria plugin however it sounds like the root issue is a javascript conflict.

When using the galleries, are you adding any on the page with that houses the month view of the calendar? If not, you could try limiting the load of the javascript resources for the MaxGalleria plugin to only load on pages that contain a gallery.

I’m sorry I wasn’t able to give you a complete answer but hopefully this will help to get you pointed in the right direction.
