    I only have one website with your software and My subscription is current but when I try to download the update it shows the message;
    There is new version of The Events Calendar PRO available but your license key is out of installs. Visit the Events Calendar website to manage your installs, upgrade your license, or purchase a new one. please assist. thank you.

    Hi Erik,

    Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

    Did you install your license on a staging website? If so, you might need to remove it: a personal license can’t be used on both a live site and a staging site, unless the staging site’s domain name is clearly a dev or staging site.

    If that’s not the case, then you should try to use a Transient Manager plugin and clear your transients.
