Partial lack of translations

Hi,
There is a no translations for couple of fields in community front end form. Shown on this screen

Translation file for pl lang shows has this code:

Thank you for reporting this. I have a list of all the broken strings in our current .pot files, and we are planning to get these fixed in an upcoming maintenance release. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.
