"Organizer Required" Even When Organizer is Filled Out

I’m getting the “organizer is required” message even when all organizer fields are filled out on community events submissions. I see in the forums that this was a problem in the past, but all my plugins are updated (Calendar 3.12.6, Community Events 3.12.1). How can I resolve this? Thanks!

So sorry for the trouble here! This is indeed an issue that we’re aware of and have it logged in our system. I unfortunately do not have a solution for it at the moment or a date for when we’ll be able to address it, but I have marked this thread Pending Fix and will certainly follow-up with you directly here in this thread when I have more to share.

Will you please installing this plugin (zip)? Our developer whipped it up as a possible patch and I’m hoping it will do the trick. Let me know if it does!

Just jumping in to let you now that the patch for this issue is included in 4.0.1 and will be released shortly. You will be able to uninstall the temporary fix from my last reply if you had installed it.
