Been trying to gather enough info before posting, but just as a heads up, I’m on the latest, EC 4.05, Community Tickets, Event Ticket Plus and basically we have been focused on the reporting as our organizers and accounting is getting more into the details.The Attendees Report and the Order Sales Report of an event are showing inconsistent data and thus makes it confusing for all the parties involved. Please see this image:
Basically in the Attendees Report, the Total Sold is seemingly incorrect because it looks like it is adding the Awaiting Review tickets to the Finalized ones.
In the Order Sales report, you are showing it a little differently, Tickets sold is correct, but the Completed is not. In the order Sales report looks like you are making Tickets Sold = (Completed + Awaiting Review) which is a bit odd and incorrect.
I know this is confusing, but we’ve been racking our heads on this as well, since we have this happen to almost all of our reports and have to explain to the organizers what is up.
Are you guys aware of issues here and would they be addressed in the next release?
I have another issue with the whole Awaiting Review, but will open another thread for that on.

Thanks for reaching out to us!
There are definitely a lot of quirks and inconsistencies when it comes to how stock is handled particularly across the different cart plugins as well as when it comes to different interactions on counts (such as Awaiting Review).
We’re currently in the midst of an internal discussion on how we’ll manage these inconsistencies and will be modifying and documenting the impact on stock at every level of interaction within the purchase process as well as attendee management process.
I’ve added this thread to our internal ticket for that discussion since you bring up some great points that also need to be addressed.
I apologize for the inconvenience of some of these particular issues but assure you we are actively looking into and working on these issues.
