    This is just started happening to our site as well, but I have tested paid Tickets (tickets running through woo commerce) and RSVP Tickets. Both types with Custom Fieldsets. The RSVP fieldsets are recording and attaching the information to the ticket and RSVP, but the other tickets are not.

    Can you clarify who your web host is? Are you hosting your site with GoDaddy, for example?

    It is bluehost. VPS.

    Sorry for the delay here, AJ. I’ve been discussing this issue with our development because there is a known bug with GoDaddy hosting, but we’ve actually confirmed that it’s not just GoDaddy hosting.

    We are actively working on a fix for this bug and I will post news about that here as we learn more and have updates about the status of the bug fix…
