I don’t receive any emails after my order has been placed, i don’t receive an order received email or a ticket email. You can try to purchase a ticket and see what i’m talking about
* You are receiving any emails from your WordPress installation at all (such as password reset emails if you do a quick test along those lines)
* If your orders are being marked as complete in the WooCommerce orders screen

Can you clarify what the answers to my previous questions are? To recap:
Are you receiving any emails from your WordPress installation at all (such as password reset emails if you do a quick test along those lines, or comment notifications)
If your orders are being marked as complete in the WooCommerce orders screen
I’m basically interested in whether A) this is actually a general problem affecting your installation and no emails are being dispatched or B) it’s specific to your WooCommerce setup or C) simply is because orders are not being marked as complete.
