Ok, I set up a ticket to be sold with a count of 35. They all sold out, and orders were processed correctly. When the last ticket was sold the purchase option for the ticket was still available on the event page. Only when someone went through the checkout process were they told the ticket was no longer available.
As a test I created a new ticket, with the quantity of 0. It was immediately listed on the page as ‘Out of Stock!’ as expected.
I went back and created a new ticket with an available quantity of 1 and bought it. I then went back to see if the quantity was 0,.. but instead I was shows ‘1 of 2’ (!). The only thing I can think of is that using Paypal the quantity isn’t flagged as sold until the sale is manually marked as complete in the back end.
Is this what is going on?
