I too was very happy with the legacy import and thought you were just making us purchase aggregator.
Even when interested/Going, it won’t import for us.
I think it may never resolve as I know Facebook are batoning down the hatches so maybe a plan B for us.
Is there a refund policy for the aggregator?

Sorry to hear your hitting issues with importing from Facebook. It’s being touch on a lot of people unfortunately.
If I see correctly in your account your EA has already been refunded. It should arrive to you in a couple of days. Let me know when that happens so we can close this topic.
