Need Licenses Exception for Staging Site

Hi, I have my live website called Eventgrabber.com that I purchased most of your plugins for but I also have my staging site that I use for testing before applying the changes to my live website.

I am running into the issue of my license key not working for my staging website because they are registered for my live site. Can you take a look at both of my site to verify that indeed one is a clone of the other and it is simply used as a staging site? Once that has been verified, can you grant me a temp development license to use on my staging site as this site is not for public use.

Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins.

It is not possible for our system to make an exception for staging sites.

The license is not needed for the plugins to work only for updates. So you can add the license on the staging site where you make the updates and then you would just push the changes to the live site.
