I have a fresh multisite installation. I need to get all the events from the subsites, “merged” into the main site.

    domain.com (main site)
    subsite1.domain.com
    event 1 from subsite 1
    subsite2.domain.com
    event 1 from subsite 2

First i import from events from subsite1.domain.com and it works correctly, it imports “event 1 from subsite 1” to main site.
When i make the second import, from subsite2.domain.com it overwrite “event 1 from subsite 1” with “event 1 from subsite 2”.

Being diference sources should this happen?

    Thanks

Hi. What you said makes sense. Could you please send a screenshot of each of these 2 imports’ settings/setup in a Private Reply?

I checked with our developers and it doesn’t seem this should be happening.

However, they asked me to recreate the setup to see if I could reproduce it.

To that end, please let me know the following:

    1. Do you have The Events Calendar network activated?
    2. Do you have your EA license key entered in each site’s settings or only in the main site’s settings (if that’s the only site doing the importing from the others)?
    3. Could you please link me to the event feeds you’re importing (e.g. the actual URL for subsite1.domain.com) and link to each event you’re expecting to import separately (e.g. subsite1.domain.com/event/this-event/ and subsite2.domain.com/event/that-other-event/)

    Thank you.

    Hello!

Just wanted to share with you that a new release for the Event Aggregator server is out including a fix for this issue.

No action is needed on your end as this is all on our server side of things, but we do recommend you update to the latest version of The Events Calendar (currently 4.6.6)

Please try it out and let us know if the fix works for your site.

    Best,
    Victor

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
