Mini calendar widget missing after upgrade

I just upgraded EC & ECP (3.0.3, 3.0.5) on a client’s site and noticed that the WordPress version of mini cal was displaying in the sidebar instead of the EC version. I went to the widgets page but the Events Calendar widget was not shown as an Available Widget. I checked another client’s site that uses EC/ECP and has also been recently upgraded and all the EC widget display as they should. I assume this may be theme related as both sites use different themes. The theme giving me trouble is Headway. Hoping you’ve seen this before and have a fix.

We haven’t actually seen that before – I’m not sure why you wouldn’t see our widgets in the pool of Available Widgets if both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO are present and activated.

The best way to determine if the problem is related to your theme is to temporarily switch to an unmodified, default them such as Twenty Twelve. Does that help to at least pinpoint the point of conflict (if not you may additionally wish to try disabling all other plugins)?

While reactivating the plugins after trying your suggestions I noticed that the ECP plugin was not active. Not sure how it was turned off but that was the problem. Sorry for wasting your time, but I do appreciate your help.
