Our community calendar is falling prey to duplicate venues syndrome. I used the “merge duplicate venue/organizers” button and managed to knock out about 80 of them. The remaining duplicates weren’t really duplicates — the information is slightly different. After going through and making sure all the info was the same, I was hoping to be able to use the handy “merge” button to take care of them, but it’s nowhere to be found.
According to some previous threads, the merge was a one-time thing. The knowledgebase also describes it as such.
But according to this post in the uservoice section, the button should now be showing all the time, not just once.
Should it be appearing for me? Is it in another place now? Do I need more duplicates? Need to wait a bit?
