Hi. Im wondering if I can manually add an item/ticket to an order! I can create the order, but Im not being able to add an item (ticket Ive previously created for an event) to that order. That leaves the order empty…
I just did a test and was able to add tickets through a manual order for two different events and everything worked.
What process are you going through? I clicked Add New Line Items, then Added Products, and finally hit Save added a user and saved the order complete and it worked.
