The vast majority of our events are held at our location, organized by us, so I do not need or want for the venue name or organizer to appear in the single event view. However, almost always, when I enter a new event, the venue name spontaneously is saved as “unnamed venue”. Is this a bug and how can I either hide the venue location or make sure that it doesn’t get switched to unnamed location. It doesn’t seem to be a problem with the organizer – if I just keep it as “new organizer” it doesn’t show up in the single event view, but the unwanted “unnamed venue” pops up a lot! Please help!

There is no default organizer and no default venue. It did have a default address & phone number; I took that out but it did not solve the problem – very frustruating!!
