    Hi Benneth,

    As much as I would love to provide you a code at the moment I’m not able to. To be able to do that we would need to find the source of the issue.

    I took a look at your plugin list and your Events Calendar PRO plugin is still outdated and active.

    Please either update the plugin to the latest version or deactivate it, so that we can rule out a conflict coming from this old version.

    Thank you for doing that, much appreciated!

    Weird issues like this peak my curiosity. I would love to investigate this deeper to find out what causes this. Unfortunately I cannot do that on your website, since we do not want to disturb the traffic.

    We have 2 options to move forward:

    Option 1:

    Would you be able to make a copy of your website and set it up as a staging site, where I could play around to find the source of the issue?

    Option 2:

    Create a full database export and zip up your wp-contents folder and share both of them with me. This way I can replicate your site on my machine and I can investigate the issue.

    One of these plugins can help you create these:

    The files will probably be too big to upload here. You can upload them to a cloud service and share the url here in a private reply.

    Looking forward to finding the source of the issue.
