ParticipantJust purchased WooCommerce tickets and trying to enter License key – no field for entering under… Events > settings > Licenses
Tried disabling other plugins but no change – site is under construction with “coming soon mode” active
I am sure it is something simple…
Thanks in advance

MemberHi Paul – the first thing to check is that all of your plugins are “in sync” – so right now for instance you should be using The Events Calendar 3.5.1 and WooCommerce Tickets 3.5. Is that all in order?
Can you also let me know if you are running with a regular WordPress installation there – or might you be using a multisite network?

ParticipantHi, I’m having the same problem. What is the first step to resolving the problem after checking that the events calendar and woocommerce tickets are up to date? I purchased today and had hoped to get it all installed and active quickly.

ParticipantHi Barry
Running EC 3.5.1 and Tickets 3.5
Regular wordpress installation – WordPress 3.8.3 running Salient theme
The plugin seems to be working ok but just nowhere to paste the license key
ThanksApril 16, 2014 at 7:52 am #133916Barry
MemberThere does seem to be a bug here – we’ll log it and address it as quickly as we can.
- In the meantime, the operational capabilities of your plugins will not be affected!
- As and when you need to update you can do so manually and copies of our latest builds can be found here
Thanks for your patience while we look into this 🙂

ParticipantThanks for the update. Is it possible to still show the event price tag without creating a ticket?

I’m not quite sure what you’re asking here – certainly, as before, the absence of a license key will have no effect on the plugin’s operational capabilities – but if you want to discuss a customization or something else it would be appreciated if you could create a new thread 🙂
