License Key only lasts a few minutes

Hello,

I’ve just purchased The Events Calendar PRO and like it. For some reason, however, a couple minutes after I put in my valid license key, I get a warning message and have to add it in again. I’m using WP Engine for hosting and wonder if their cacheing might have something to do with it.

Any other ideas?

Hi Jacob,

I’m sorry to hear you’ve experienced difficulties with this.

When the warning appears, if you return to the Events → Settings → Licenses screen is the key still in place? Is there a message below the key if so and what does it say?

It turns out this was a cacheing issue with my website host WP Engine – and they’ve resolved it. Thanks anyway!
