Hi – After installing the Importer bundle of plugins on 18th Feb, I had to revert back to a backup version of my website today due to an error in the database. I have reinstalled the Events Calendar plugins and tried to input the same licence codes but they are now seen as invalid.

My url has also changed from the initial preview link (.gridhosted.co.uk) to http://www.lifeseeker.wales so I need to unlink and relink to the correct url.

Please can you advise how to get this back as it was?

    Thanks
    Sally

    Hey Sally,

Thanks for reaching out! You should be able to re-license your sites by heading to http://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys, and using the “Disconnect Now” links there to “clear out” your domain name from the previous time you licensed it.

For screenshots of this process and more information, check out this article here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/

I hope this helps! Let me know.

Awesome! Glad to hear it, @Sally 🙂

I’ll be closing up this thread for now, but open a new thread any time if there’s ever something we can help with.

Best of luck with your project,
    George
