    Hello on my website I entered my key and I get the error key is out of installs. Can you please help me with this? Could this be the issue that I can’t update to the newest version you released?

    You certainly need a valid key to enjoy automated updates – is it possible either that the key has expired (in which case you would need to renew) or that you originally used it on a different domain (if so that’s not a problem – it should be possible to reassign it)?

    The key doesn’t expire until November.

    OK, can you try heading over to Account Central > License Keys and confirm what the URL is? Could be worth hitting the Unregister button then trying again from your WP site (remove the key or keys, save, then re enter again).

    Does that help at all?
