ParticipantJust added an event to my calendar – http://prasadayogacenter.com/events/
It’s the Yin event on Wednesdays. Its at 1030 AM but shows up in the list last, after the 530PM class. How do I get it to end up where it should be?

MemberHey Adam. We can take a look at this for you; can you share the code you used to display the list there? That’s not the widget, best I can tell…

Participantit is just the canned events page.

MemberAlright thanks. Let me see if our developer Jonah has any suggestions here. Not sure what would be causing that myself.

Participantany updates on this? it is really becoming an issue….

MemberHey Adam. We’ve looked into this and were stumped from a frontend perspective. This one is going to be tough to diagnose because it sounds like an isolated issue. We’re generally unable to provide direct support on issues as specific as this, since they are generally caused by conflicts with a user’s install rather than with the plugin itself.
That being said; I want to make sure we’re doing all we can to assist you here, so I can get our developer Jonah to take another look if you can get us a set of admin credentials and written confirmation that you don’t mind us going in to take a look. If so please generate the credentials to rob at tri.be and we’ll go from there.

MemberThanks. I’ve got Jonah looking into this today.

MemberHey Adam. So I had Jonah take a look at the backend of your site, and we spent upwards of 30 minutes trying to figure out what’s up here to no avail (and we’re unable to recreate the issue on our end as well). Is it possible that these were created with an earlier version of the plugin? If that’s possible…would you be willing to swap them out with a duplicate event, created on this install, to see if it fixes the issue? That’s unfortunately the best I can suggest at this point.

Participantso, I have to delete all the events and re-insert them?

MemberI would tread lightly at first; ie try one and see if it fixes the issue (in this case I’d think that would be the Yin event on Wednesdays that you noted). Are you able to give that a shot?

Participanti did, i added 2 classes – yoga lunch, which is after the yin yoga, and it looked OK. Then I added a yoga breakfast, which would have been before the yin event — and it shows after the yoga lunch.
It appears that the events are being listed in the order that they are entered, not by the order that they would occur…

Participanti added these on the 7th so they would not interrupt anything…

MemberThanks Adam. We may be on to something here; I have gotten a few reports the past couple days from other users noting that the events on their list are showing based on when they were added (instead of when they’re supposed to appear). We’re looking into it now – going to get another dev to chime in with his thoughts.
