It says my license key has expired…

    The license key for my website for Event tickets plus has expired, when i click on the link in the bar at the top of you page “My account” that says Renew License, I get looped straight back to the same page.. I cant post on the forums and cant find any other way to contact yourselves. Please help!

    I believe that this might be cause in part by the fact that your last order was refunded? Not sure why that is.

    The payment information is “greyed out” and i cant do anything with it or to it…ie change the payment to Paypal or click on process.

    Good morning Neil,

    Based on this I have a couple of recommendations for you:

    1. Can you trying emptying your browser’s caching ? Or even try another browser to see if that helps
    2. Make sure you are signed-in your account before attempting the previously sent URL (removed to hide your license key).
