Is there any way to show an "attendees" list on the event?

Is it possible to show who has already “bought” tickets and is planning on attending on the front end? An attendee’s list type thing? Or at least a count of the number of people attending, on the front end?

In my case, I am using the wootickets plugin as a registration tool for people attending a free event.

Hi!

Either of those are possible (with the caveat that – at least by default – you would have only the purchasers’ names available and they would not necessarily be the same as the attendees).

Whichever path you take it’s going to involve some customization. This library of helpers (not officially supported) could give you some ideas, particularly functions like this one which aim to retrieve available inventory, etc – and even if they don’t precisely fit your needs it should give an idea of how the connections between products and event work.

Barry- thanks for this library! I hope to come up with some way to do something similar to what stevenolli wants- except I want it on the back end. It is the MOST obvious functionality and I am astounded that I have to write it! I mean, we use wootickets to sell tickets to an event. What is the number one thing that EVERYONE needs? A list of who bought the tickets!

What this basically comes down to is that WooCommerce Tickets is designed as a is a straightforward ticketing solution and not a comprehensive event management tool. We are considering adding various features that will enhance this sort of functionality, but at this point, you’re better off crafting a personalized solution that fits your needs.
