    I am not sure what’s going on. With the Modern Tribe Plugins as a whole but I am constantly having Issues with your plugins. Whether it be the Overall Calendar Crashing, Or The Community Events Add On Not Working.

    Now it’s the Importer. Which is not reliable. You don’t know if it actually imports events because the last import time is usually “UNKNOWN” unless you do it manually. And Manually Importing and Waiting for over 20 Scheduled imports makes no sense. You guys created this add on to make things streamlined and efficient but it is doing the opposite and causing unnecessary stress. When will these issues be fixed. This event importer/Aggregator is not reliable and it is not consistent.

    Please see my screenshots below. This is a constant thing. Whenever I log into my dashboard I find that the event importer has had some kind of problem and skipped a week or two of importing anything.

    Hi @downtown,

    First of all, let me say that we are of course sorry to hear it’s not been working smoothly for you.

    We’re aware of problems and we have fixes in the works for some – but are still trying to gather enough data to pinpoint others.

    In your case, I don’t see a record of an Event Aggregator license key so researching things from our side isn’t easy. If you purchased an Event Aggregator key using a different account can you login using that one?
