Hiya, thanks for helping out on a recent issue! I’ve got another quick question if that’s ok.

We are pulling in some events to our homepage. At the moment it will pull in the 3 latest events. If there is a recurring event it will pull in all instances of those so u end up getting 3 events that are the same event.

Is there a way to ignore instances of recurring events, so it only displayed one of them?

    Hi David,

We don’t have any built in ability for this but with a little code tweaking you should be able to do it. Check out this post for a solution provided by one of our users: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/reoccuring-event-shows-multiple-times-in-loop/

    I hope that helps!
