I bought Events Cal Pro, but it sent me Events Ticket plus?

Hi there,

I just bought Events Ticket Plus and Events Cal Pro, but when I went to renew my event cal pro, instead your system sent me another version of Events Ticket Plus – so now I have 2 ETP licenses, instead of 1.

I need latest Events Cal Pro ASAP as I’m updating and ticket going on sale on Monday

I didn’t make a mistake, when I was on the Licence page I clicked on renew personal licence on event cal pro licence, the red button, and I assumed I was renewing the license , so I’ve paid ETP twice, can you apply a credit to my account?

These are my 2 orders;

Order: 1139146

And email me the Event Cal Pro to my email address asap?

So sorry for the trouble here! I went ahead and refunded the order for the larger amount (#1139152) and went ahead and extended your Events Calendar PRO license for an additional year free of charge for the hassle. The funds should be back in your account in the next 5-10 business days.

Please log into your account here on this site and head to My Account > Licenses Keys to confirm that you have the two active licenses you need and let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help.
