How to downgrade to previous "pre-bug no-venue" version?

Hi team!

We are plagued as well with the missing venue dropdown and would like to downgrade to the previous non-buggy version. Would you be so kind as to provide directions on how to do this?

I tried using the “WP rollback” plugin to rollback the Events Calendar, but then the Pro, and Events wouldn’t work.
