ParticipantHi,
On my installation of the plugin the ‘list’ view seems to be missing the grey area at the top, which contains the ‘date’, ‘search’ and ‘location’ searches, as well as the ‘View as’ dropdown to change views.
It’s probably just a setting I’ve missed to add it to this view (it’s in every other view), but could someone possibly point me in the right direction?

MemberHave you customized your views at all – and does reverting any custom event templates to the defaults along with switching to a default, unmodified theme (and deactivating all non-Modern Tribe plugins) resolve this?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi,
Thanks for replying.
I’ve made my own copy of views/list/content.php, views/list/loop.php and views/list/single-event.php in anticipation of adding some code. However, the only change I’ve made from the defaults on these files is commenting out the_excerpt() in single-event.php.
The website is live so I am unable to switch to a default theme or deactivate other plugins. As I say, it works on every other view, so there must be some part of the list template that is missing the relevant code?

MemberPossibly so – if you are unsure though can you try reverting to the default version of that template? If that makes no difference then following the full troubleshooting steps outlined above should be your next consideration (perhaps performing them on a duplicate testing site if necessary – or, on a new installation of WordPress, starting with a stock install and adding only our plugins then adding each plugin, theme and customization that is in place on your live site until you can replicate the issue).
Thanks!

ParticipantHi,
I have fixed this issue. The missing code was:
I added this to list.php and the problem was solved. I was able to find this thanks to your advice in my other thread (I have been looking in the wrong plugin directory this whole time – should have been the pro folder).
Thanks again.
