Hide Category Events from the Add Event screen?

    Does anyone have a trick for hiding the Category Events table in the Add Event screen? I can’t seem to get any css to work to even just do a display:none;

    My ultimate goal is have ALL events added through the Community Events screen automatically be given a specific category ID. But for now I just want to know how to get the Category Events removed from the Add Event screen.

    doh! nevermind, added the edit-event.php to my child theme and updated that to remove the taxonomy.
