ParticipantHi guys,
I’m not really sure how this happened, all I know is that we’ve got 4 new orders, one of them “empty” the other 3 is identical, and for an event that I am 100% certain was – and is – out of stock at the time of the order.Did the first update about a week ago and all of this happened after. Incase we need log-files etc, I have NOT done your absolute recent updates. We need to solve this problem first.
This is the link to the event that is out of stock (ticket code = VAL10):

This shouldn’t allow tickets to be selected if they are out of stock – I do notice you are using WP Super Cache though and you need to be careful when using caching solutions on dynamic pages (such as ecommerce related pages).
If you clear the cache does the ticket form at this URL change to show “Out of Stock”?

ParticipantYES! Of course. It’s super cache. I knew I shouldn’t have kept it. Had problems with the host’s server when I built the site – it didn’t do updates in real time for some reason, they knew about it and worked on fixing it – and I used super cache’s “delete” option as a “cleaner”.
Sorry for the mixup. Thank you!
ps. is there maybe a thread about sorting orders according to Ticked ID’s out there somewhere. I’ve really tried to check for it – but sometimes it’s hard to find the common denominator in questions.

MemberNo problem – re sorting orders by ticket ID, nothing comes to mind – I don’t think there is any built-in way to do this through the WooCommerce orders screen since it isn’t built with any ‘knowledge’ of tickets.

ParticipantHi Barry,
Well, that is a problem. Maybe I’ve missed out on something, but it creates a major problem if you can’t sort your sales on ID’s or rather “Events”.Thing is… I have several event going on at the same time. Single and repeating. This means that there’s a lot of different bookings coming to the site.
I would like to find a way – in which I could sort tickets by ‘Event’ (maybe ID) – to admin/handle ALL tickets. Not only paid. This would give me a tool to easier remind people who hasn’t paid on an event that is coming closer, and to fully see everyone who are, and want to attend.
The ripple effect would of this would be that customers who don’t pay, could be “deleted” and people who are next in line (on events that are “out of stock”) could get their ticket instead.
As it is now, all tickets are in the same list, and I need to open each and every order to see which event they have booked.

MemberOK, I can see what you are saying but since the goal of WooCommerce Tickets is to be a simple, robust ticketing solution rather than a fully fledged event management tool I think this may be out of scope.
That said, we do welcome feedback and ideas for future development and so if you wanted to post this as a feature request we can definitely review it – that will also allow others in favour of this to comment positively on the idea:

Thanks! (I’ll go ahead and close this thread, however, as at this point there isn’t anything further we can offer on this one.)
