Grid or Month View – Setting First Day of Week

Hi,

Our client wants us to set their Month view calendar so it shows Sunday in the 1st column as the start of the week, as is common with most US calendar views.

We have tried to look for a setting for this. Maybe we are missing something. I wanted to ask for your help to find out if there is a way to do this from the plug-in’s settings.

If not, how would we do this from the back-end PHP code? We already did some minor customization of the views by creating a tribe-events directory under our theme. So, we are open to doing this from the PHP files, if necessary.

Hi,

You can change that with a WordPress setting.

Go to WordPress Settings > General > “Week Starts On”

Then change that to Sunday and the month view will now start on Sunday.
