Genesis + TEC Plugin

Has anyone built and/or released a plugin integrating what’s here? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/genesis-theme-framework-integration/

I just did. If it would be helpful to the community, and you guys (Modern Tribe) would throw me things that could and should be added, I would be happy to release and support it. It’s already in use for Evermore customers.

If this already exists and isn’t necessary, please point me in the right direction. Otherwise, I can add a gist for your devs’ review before release.

Thanks for using our plugins. I created all the snippets in that tutorial and have not had a chance to turn it into a plugin. Although it is something we would like to do.

What you see is all we have right now as far as snippets. It is on my list to add some snippets related to titles, breadcrumbs, and taxonomy layouts.

So if you have the basic coding for a plugin setup and would like to share that would be helpful.

Great! I’ve added what I did in a gist here: https://gist.github.com/logoscreative/1319e493470a5cbfcd83

I changed some of the spacing to make it more consistent, and I believe I also added a check against is_admin() on the pre_get_posts hook.

If you’d like to get this out there but don’t have time, I’m happy to at least release it and then transfer it to you later on. Just let me know how I can best help.

Thanks again for this it is something we are interested in, but we would like to talk with Reid on how to proceed. He is out for the next week though.

So we will bring it up with him once he gets back and them reply here or to you personally on the next steps we like to take.
