Free Non-Profit Plugins…

HI…I recently bought all of your calendar plugins recently for my church and while “free” is nice…access to support is nicer. Since I’m new at this… is that “Artist As Citizen” calendar out of the box or customized? I’m in the process of redoing (trying to anyway) our site in a new theme and that calendar style would look really good…unfortunately if that’s all custom on their part it’s beyond my capabilities at this point. Hi, Jack. That’s a great question! 🙂

Unfortunately, I don’t have any firsthand knowledge of how Artist as Citizen set up their theme. I would guess that they would be able to put you in touch with someone who would know if you contact them through their website.

If you’re interested in color coding your events by category, I highly recommend Andy Fragen’s excellent The Events Calendar Category Colors Plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar-category-colors/

Also, we’re in the process of running a contest for Theme Developers that should result in many more options for calendar look-and-feel. That should be wrapped up by year’s end.
