Filter Selection and Load Not Working

Hello,

During UAT testing on our dev site we realized that the filter does not work on specific pages. If you attempt to select a filter option at the below URL, you will see that the page does not attempt load the filter results and that you are unable to select additional filters:

http://www.cheetah.creativeandcorporate.com/events/category/track-meets/

If you look at the below URL, you will notice that the filter bar works perfectly (note the difference in the URL):

http://www.cheetah.creativeandcorporate.com/events/?tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=&tribe_tags%5B%5D=69

We did notice that the theme is causing the issue. When disabling the theme, the filter does work properly on all pages.

Please advise on how we can proceed,

I’m very sorry to hear that this is a theme conflict. Unfortunately, the best answer I can offer is for you to reach out to the theme developer for support. This is unusual behavior that we don’t see with other themes.

Please let us know if the theme developer is able to provide support.
