ParticipantWe purchased Filter Bar but didn’t realize that it won’t work with our customized version of The Events Calendar PRO.
Is there a version of the Filter Bar that will work with The Events Calendar PRO version 4.0.4? I checked our downloads page but I only see Filter Bar versions 4.3 and 4.3.1.

I’m unaware of any Filter Bar versions not working with any versions of TEC PRO.
Filter Bar is currently at v4.3.1 and PRO is currently at v4.3.1.1
You can get the latest versions from https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ (although I only see a license for Filter Bar, and not PRO, in your account)
If you have follow-up questions, please provide a link, annotated screenshot, and/or video screen capture demonstrating what you mean by “won’t work”.

ParticipantWe are using the “Simple Intranet Add-on: Events Calendar PRO”. See: It appears to be The Events Calendar Pro version 4.0.4.
It must be something about how its installed because when we install Filter Bar we get a message that says “To begin using The Events Calendar: Filter Bar, please install the latest version of The Events Calendar.”
I contacted the Simple Intranet developer before contacting you. They basically said that I’ll have to wait until they upgrade to a newer version or install a version directly from you. Installing a version from you would involve somehow migrating events (if possible) from the Simple Intranet 4.0.4 version and probably updating theme and plugin files. It could get quite involved so we’re looking for a way to avoid it.

I can’t tell if they’re just re-selling our plugin or if it’s a customization for it or what it is…
Anyway, I’m sure you’re aware that we cannot provide support for it.
