Hello! Starting a new thread for this per your direction. When visiting any page that uses the Filter Bar, the user is required to reset filters in order to show all of the events; this happens regardless of whether a filter has been applied previously or not. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Thank you!

Hi Laura. I see you interacted with Brian pretty thoroughly at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/remove-meta-labels/

Is this thread the same or a different question as that one?

If you need assistance with this thread, please further explain exactly what you need help with (links, screenshots, your custom code that’s in place, etc), and I’ll be glad to help where I can.

    Thanks.

Hello! Yes, I interacted with Brian on another thread and all’s well, but this is a new thread created for a separate issue (as he told me to do).

The issue I’m running into is that any time you visit our main events page there are only about five events listed when there should be 50+. In order to see everything, I have to reset the filters every time even though I don’t have any filters set. I’ve checked across browsers/cleared caches, etc. and I’m still running into the same issue. Any thoughts as to what may be causing this? Thank you!

Hey, no sweat. We get a lot of Divi users asking this question.

Here’s a KB article that might help: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/divi-pagination-problems/

    Have a great one!
