Filter Bar Doesn't Exist?

I’ve spent the past 2 hours trying to figure how how the hell to install the Filter Bar add-on. When I click “Get Add-On” it takes me to a page that just says how to use it. GREAT! But how do I install it? I’ve paid for a PRO version of the Plugin and activated it. All the instructional videos show a Filters tab in Settings. That tab does NOT exist for me.

I’m going to go remedy this headache I’ve created trying to figure this shit out.

Oh, great. So it looks like I purchased PRO, when I thought I was paying $89 for the Filter Bar.

So you’re telling me having PRO, AND having the Filter Bar, costs $178 a YEAR?

Now I have PRO, and no Filter Bar, lol. Wonderful.

It’s nice to meet you. I am sorry it is not under happier circumstances.

You are correct, Filter Bar and Events Calendar Pro are separate addons. However, from the sound of things you might not even need Events Calendar Pro. Filter bar will work great without Pro. So unless you actually need some features from Pro then I’d love to help get you a refund. We process all refund requests via email, so if you email support @ this website and share your order number, we can get you a refund. 🙂

Now that you know about the difference between the addons, can I help you with them? Are you able to get your filters setup? Please let me know if there is anything I can do.
