Filter Bar does not show up

    Hello,

I just purchased the Filter Bar add-on to my Event Calendar Pro plugin.
I can see the Filter Tab on the WP Admin where I configured my filters, but nothing on the frontend.
    What I missed ?
    Thx.

    Hello,

I’m sorry you’re not able to see the bar! It should show up on the main events page after activating the plugin. Could you please send me a link to your main events page so that I can take a look?

If you haven’t done so already, please also be sure to test for conflicts with your theme and other plugins by switching to a default theme and deactivating all other plugins (besides Filter Bar and The Events Calendar) to see if you are then able to see the bar.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Jennifer,

Please here is The Events Calendar Url: http://d2p.ovh/our-events/

    Correct Answer

    Hello,

It looks like the page http://d2p.ovh/our-events/ is created using The Events Calendar shortcodes. Unfortunately at this time the Filter Bar is not supported with the shortcodes.

You will see the Filter Bar on http://d2p.ovh/events/.

If you are wanting to see support for the Filter Bar added, please feel free to vote on this suggestion in the Feature Requests area.

    https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/17840326-make-filter-bar-compatible-with-shortcoded-calenda

There is a custom function that creates a shortcode to place the Filter Bar anywhere. This may or may not provide a solution for you. Please note that it is “AS IS”, as noted on line 10 of the code.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you for the clarification, I decided to use the standart way (using the slug /events) and the filter bar is now displaying !
