Participant1. On Internet Explorer (tested with v11) there are no +/- signs on the ticket form:
my page: http://maa10.com/?page_id=320
I could find nothing in theme’s .css interfereing.2. After proceeding to cart, customer is able to add quantity of tickets, but isn’t required to fill a registration form. This is not a major problem for me, but I’d suggest you should think about solution anyway. I could take customers directly to checkout, but then they would have no way to delete tickets from the cart.
Suggested solutions:
– update the event-page so that it matches the cart. Customers could remove tickets from the cart on the event page.
– add an option to fill the registration form later on a separate page before checkout or on the checkout page. That would also be visually better than the current solution.3. In case there is a partial refund for a woocommerce order (for instance 1 ticket out of 2), the refund doesn’t get updated on attendee list. This is not a major problem, because in case it happens, I can manually delete one ticket, but that’s something to consider.
4. (not a bug but a suggested feature). Instead of creating tickets on pages or posts, you could simply add a shortcode or something that is linked to the event and embeds the ticket-selling form. Right now on ticket emails (bought from pages or posts) no venue or organiser information is included (unless you tweak the code a little bit like I did) and also otherwise it would be usefull to be able to sell the same tickets on multiple pages.

MemberHi Pekka.
Thanks for the details here.
1)
Different browsers handle <input type=”number”… in different ways. Some show the arrows to change the quantity. Others do not. This is therefore a browser inconsistency and not a bug.
2)
You may be interested in this snippet to disable customers being able to edit quantities in the WooCommerce cart:

3)
Are you talking about the quantity/stock available after processing a refund?
4)
I’m unclear exactly what you have in mind, but you could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ <u>UserVoice page</u>.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
