ParticipantI use Events Calendar Pro with Wootickets. This used to to work: Go to the master list of regular Events. Hover to see the links for Edit, Trash , etc.
Click on the “Attendees” one and now I get:
“Fatal error: Class ‘Tribe__Tickets__Attendance’ not found in /home/marcherest2012/provisionsmarkethall.com/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/vendor/tickets/src/admin-views/attendees.php on line 22”

ParticipantBy the way, this is sorta urgent as my client uses this to get a list of people who have purchased tickets for an event — and to send out emails if necessary beforehand.
Also, I get the same error if I use the “Attendees” link in the Event edit screen — way down at the bottom in the Tickets metabox. (The “Event Sales Report” link right next to it still throws a permissions error, though I’m logged in as admin. I mentioned this one before and you apparently weren’t able to replicate.) But the Attendees is a much bigger issue right now for us.

MemberHi Robert.
Thanks for reporting this issue with WooTickets (legacy plugin, not Event Tickets Plus) and sharing your system information.
It is a known bug that is expected to be fixed in our next release, which I’d guess will be in 1-2 weeks.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

P.S. Have you tried switching to Event Tickets Plus yet?

MemberRobert, one of our developers passed along this update:
For this Fatal in WooCommerce Tickets 3.12.x – Fatal error: Class ‘Tribe__Tickets__Attendance” on the attendees list please have people redownload The Events Calendar core as the file is now there. It was missing and caused the fatal.
In other words, please delete The Events Calendar from your site. Then re-download it fromĀ https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/ and install that fresh copy, either via SFTP or the WordPress plugin installer.
Then make sure The Events Calendar gets re-activated.
Please let me know how things go for you.

ParticipantOK, I’ll try redownloading core. I wasn’t aware of Events Tickets Plus. I’ll look into that.

MemberGlad I mentioned it to you then. You actually have a license to it as a previous WooTickets customer.
For sure, you should switch to that sometime this year.
