    Hey. I am getting this error message: Facebook API Error: Unsupported get request. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api

    The events that it is importing is showing up 1 day ahead. Said event being imported on 9/20 should be 9/19. And said imported event on 9/21 is should be 9/20…

    Ok. I figured out the time issue. I recently had to reinstall my entire website, and install wordpress again. Forgot to set my websites general settings to the correct timezone. This fix fixed the importing of the events having the wrong date problem.

    But the other message previously mentioned in regards to Unsupported get request.. is still occurring.. please help. thanks.

    Sorry for the troubles with the Facebook API Error: Unsupported get request.

    I can help troubleshoot and resolve this.

    Could you please send the link for the event that you are trying to import so I can see if I am getting the error as well.

    I’m having an issue where the import is posting on site, on the hour previous to the hour set on facebook.

    I.e. Event on FB is 9pm-2am
    intake is 8pm-1am

    Thanks for your note. Facebook returns the “Unsupported get request” error when you try to access age or country restricted content using the API, since you need to be logged into Facebook as a user in that location or age group in order to see the content. So it would appears that Page that is not working has some of those restrictions. That is a limitation of the Facebook API and not something we can change.

    Do you think those Events fall into that category?

    Can you check your timezone settings in WordPress and let us know if they match that in Facebook.

    Also please read up on this topic and see if it pertains to you.
