ParticipantI really want to change this text to something like “click to verify manual submission” I edited the tribe-events-community.pot and the tribe-community-events.php but its not chowing the change. Where is this coming from.

MemberI don’t think changing the POT file alone will help here unless you are also have the correct .mo file for your language and region (for English speaking Americans, this does not ship with Community Events since the plugin is already in that language – so to handle things this way you would need to create this).
Unfortunately, it’s well outside the scope of support here on the forum to guide you through what’s involved in making translations but there are some excellent resources out there (and on the WordPress codex) that you could look at.
Alternatively, you could make the following change to your event-form.php template http://pastebin.com/KeH7YEhz

Member… We’ll also look at adding a new filter to make customizing this a little easier in the future.

ParticipantThank you. Trying the code change now. Thank you for adding the filter in the future. While I get the “Evil Spammer” Its not very professional for a professional based website like the one we are using it on.

MemberSorry group, I totally missed that error message. This one is filterable: http://pastebin.com/iSrUfx7u – does that help? Of course you should change ‘Anti spam message of your choosing’ to whatever you think is appropriate.
(This code could be added to your theme’s functions.php file.)

ParticipantI’m going to close this thread out since it looks like Barry has resolved your issue. Feel free to start another thread if this is still an issue. Thanks!
